The service takes care of every detail from the moment you arrive until the end of your stay. The welcome makes you feel comfortable from the beginning, the villa is amazing, taking care of the decoration and always attentive whenever you needed them. If I return to Canggu, I will surely stay with them again, and the perfect location close to important things

The villa we stayed in was very spacious. It had a terrace upstairs for us and the inside of the house was really spacious. The bedroom was in a separate place and there was a separate single room used as a living room + kitchen area, and there was another separate single room. The sheets, couch, and furniture were generally quite clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were always friendly, warm, and helpful. They do pest control every day, which is a nice thing; I never saw a gecko or a bug in the house. There is a Turkish kebab restaurant at the entrance of the house, which is a good thing for Turks 😀
The villa had a private pool, but we think the pool was not clean. They circulate the water, but it's not always open (I think it should always be open) and the pool floor and walls should be cleaned. That's why we didn't even go into the pool once. I would rate the cleanliness of the room 8.5 out of 10. It was generally clean, but I can't say it was freshly cleaned, and I don't think they sweep the floors every time we leave the house. Also, in our opinion, the wardrobe was not clean either; we only put our dirty clothes there. Also, it's far from the road, meaning it's difficult to drive in. You need to walk 100-150 meters.

The staff is undoubtedly the best we have encountered during our trip. The whole team is warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The establishment is impeccably clean, and we particularly appreciated the fact that the staff comes every evening to perform mosquito repellent treatment, which shows a real concern for the comfort of the guests
The main negative point concerns privacy. People outside the establishment could have a direct view of our private pool, and the occupants of the neighboring villa/room also had a view of it. This reduces the sense of privacy that one expects from an accommodation with a private pool
