“Tastefully decorated, spacious villa, very nice pool!”
Beautiful villa, very nice, simple, and serene decoration. Comfortable beds, good hot showers, and the pool was perfect. The neighborhood is very nice, with many delicious eateries and coffee shops, and because the villa is located on a scooter path, you can easily use Gojek or Grab for transportation. Our driver did bring us to the door, but not all taxis do that. Millen, our host, was very friendly and accurate. She was always available for us and responded quickly via WhatsApp. All in all, a very pleasant experience!
We didn't mind, but I can imagine that the scooter path in front of the door could be disturbing if you are really looking for a 'zen' place to relax. You can't hear it in the bedrooms, but in the living area/by the pool, it's quite audible. Keep this in mind when booking.

“Cold showers, privacy invasion, definitely not recommended.”
The villa is beautifully decorated, although some furniture had minor stains. Daily cleaning service was provided, and the staff responded to messages fairly quickly.
1. Insufficient hot water supply. The water heater can only store 80 liters of hot water, and the manager claimed it was enough for a 20-minute shower. This means that even though the villa has two bathrooms, you simply cannot use them at the same time or you will end up taking a cold shower. During our two-night stay, we had to take two cold showers. The first time, even after waiting for an hour, there was still no hot water. We reported the issue twice, and the staff came to inspect and repair the heater, but no compensation or partial refund was offered—only a promise of a discount for our next stay. Honestly, who would dare book again after this experience? 2. Lack of respect for privacy. While checking the water heater, the staff noticed that we had ordered a floating breakfast from an outside vendor. They took photos without our permission and later messaged us, saying that we were not allowed to bring outside vendors without their approval as the property owner. However, there is no such policy listed anywhere on their Booking.com page. At check-out, they repeatedly asked us to leave a five-star review on Booking, but they absolutely do not deserve five stars. If you don’t mind taking cold showers and having your privacy violated—such as being photographed without consent during your stay—then this place might be suitable for you. Otherwise, I would strongly not recommend it.

Perfect stay at Casa Diola. The villa is sublime, very clean, well-equipped, and ideally located in Canggu, close to everything. The pool is beautiful and perfectly maintained. Genter, the manager, is always attentive and quickly finds solutions to ensure everything goes well. The villa is located on the edge of a small scooter path, but this is not a problem: the noise is very light, and the place is perfectly secure. The staff is very kind, discreet, and always attentive. We highly recommend this address and will return without hesitation.
