The property itself is very good, everything you need is there.
Okay it’s down a dark alley, with plenty of dogs floating about, if they start barking at night, it’s a keep you awake kind of thing.. The pool pump and water pump are behind the main bedroom and the noise is constant, if you don’t tune into it, then it’s okay, as long as you're not a light sleeper, it’s a 10-minute drive to the main area but only costs 30,000, but the Grabs don’t like coming down the alley too much, but only 4 minutes to the top of the alley. Not good if you have young kids. Really could do with a book, with a few notes about the place. Need to check cleaning cloths and soaps etc. I mean all being said it’s not top-end prices. I always feel I should give a fair write-up, firstly so the place can improve, and others get a fair review, but read them all, most love it. :)
