Great villa. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. Staff were welcoming, lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property. You have lots of restaurants in walking distance and it’s easily accessible to town via bike or car.

After spending several days exploring Ubud and the surrounding area, we decided to stay at Wooden Ganeca Villas to unwind and relax as a couple – and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The villa is spacious and comfortable, and features a small garden with a lovely private swimming pool overlooking some beautiful little rice terraces. The catering and massage services offered by the hotel are of a high standard and make for an incredible experience. What’s more, we had to leave the hotel very early to go to the airport, and they gave us our breakfast in takeaway boxes. A lovely gesture, which we really appreciated. We would definitely go back.

I liked the view over the rice fields and the private swimming pool. The room was large and clean and well equipped.
We had some miscommunications with the hotel staff on a few things, like timing of breakfast and whether or not they were arranging a taxi for us. It was also close to a noisy highway.
