The lush vegetation. The common and private garden. Breakfast served in our room/garden. The friendliness of the staff. Comfortable bedding. The singing nature around.
Pool a bit cold but still nice. Bathroom without ventilation and the shower located on the way to the toilet. Lack of cooking elements but it didn't bother us as we ate out every day!

I communicated with the property several times, following a booking issue (the reserved and paid accommodation was no longer available) and the hosts found a satisfactory solution to welcome me and my family. I was able to inform them of my arrival time via the booking messaging system and always received a quick response from them. Very warm welcome and impeccable service regardless of the request made (meals, laundry service, transfer...). I really recommend this property located quietly compared to the hustle and bustle of central Ubud, and the kindness of the staff throughout my stay!!
I rate it 9 and not 10 because my initial reservation was for a villa with 2 bedrooms which I ultimately did not get, so we were not all together, but the solution found by the property was very satisfactory.

Position was ok when you have a driver (I wouldn't know it otherwise). The staff very helpful and polite; if you order some food, they would bring it to the apartment. We ordered a massage and it was very easy to organize it.
It was all ok. maybe they could offer a car service.
