Very inconvenient doors, the electronic lock constantly malfunctions and they slam shut, you go out to the garden and run to open them with a master key or remember passwords. The stairs are very slippery, made of wood, in addition, they are black in color, and the night lighting does not work, several times we almost twisted our legs and fell from the second floor. And the worst part is the food from the restaurant, it is simply disgusting, they just don't know how to cook. Upon check-in and the next morning, we tried to eat at the restaurant. And oh horror, I got food poisoning, the stay in Ubud was ruined by this hotel, with a temperature of 39 and everything going wrong for several days. When I recovered, the warung 50 meters away felt like a Michelin-starred restaurant!!! Avoid it, this is not the first time with them and they don't fix anything.
