“Magnificent and huge villa but very dirty with a nice but unprofessional staff”
It's a very beautiful villa, very spacious (huge upstairs bedroom) with a beautiful and large pool (shaded from 2 pm) as well as an exceptional view overlooking a sea and mountain view.
The villa is quite far from everything but there are 2 restaurants nearby and small shops, there is a nice beach 30mins walk away, but the beach at 10 mins is not incredible. The villa was very dirty when we arrived, the cleaning was not done and was not done during our stay, a very persistent smell of sewage and excrement in a room under the stairs, after several complaints from us the staff could not solve the problem. the staff is unprofessional even if they are very nice, the trash cans were not emptied throughout the stay, the toilets were not cleaned throughout the stay, to change the towels you have to ask (they enter the villa without asking for permission and people enter from the parking side (private) even though they are not part of the staff. On the other hand, Sahdan (the head of staff) is very responsive in case of a problem, ready to help you with all your requests and is very nice. So not much is missing for it to be perfect, a good professional staff to go with this magnificent villa and we are at the top.
