The house is spectacular but very neglected and poorly managed
The house is neglected, there is a lot of dirt. I complained about the stains on the mosquito net, they changed it and put a small one that did not serve its purpose. The ad states that there are 2 sofa beds, a jacuzzi, and a swing, which is a lie. When I mentioned it, they told me to contact booking to say that there was no jacuzzi or swing, that it was booking's information and not theirs. Outrageous. We chose the romantic package, it's a scam. The massage is done on the bed with a broken neck, very shabby, there is no lobster, they put 3 candles, a disaster. ... When we complained, at least they charged us half. We ordered the fire, which is an extra cost, and you get french fries and hot chocolate (this is for after dinner). We kindly requested to change the french fries for something sweet, as we believe it makes no sense after dinner and with chocolate, but there was no way. It is not a cheap place to be so poorly managed and so dirty. Maximum disappointment
