“Flow of time like a dream!”
Although it takes about 30 minutes on foot to the palace, the ability to choose a different route on the way back and forth, and the opportunity to go to a different area from this hotel are rather attractive! It's wonderful that there are plenty of nice restaurants serving local food, food stalls, supermarkets, and convenience stores in the surrounding area. And above all, the two-story bungalow with a private pool with 2 bedrooms where we stayed (as the hotel name suggests, everything is villa type) was fantastic, and we had a dream-like stay. You can choose from several types of breakfast, and they will bring it to the terrace at your desired time. I was also healed by the smiles of the staff. Grateful for the reasonable pricing! I definitely want to visit again.
It's a shame that there was no hot water on the first day (the gas cylinder ran out)! It's hard to say it's perfect in terms of maintenance, but they quickly took action on other things when requested.

“Beautiful villas with private pool”
Villa with private pool, large garden, patio where breakfast is served. Two floors with a double bedroom upstairs and two single beds downstairs. The furniture is a bit dated, the outdoor bathroom is very charming but unfortunately fills up with animals at night, especially ants. The kitchen also suffers a bit from ant attacks. Upstairs, there is a small blind bathroom with a toilet and a small sink. Located about a 10-minute walk from the Monkey Forest and a 20-minute walk from Ubud Palace, it is in a great location considering the absurd and constant traffic in Ubud (and in Bali in general). The breakfast portions are generous, although the quality is rather average.
Lack of soap or shampoo for personal hygiene. Ants in the shower (the bathroom is outdoors). Breakfast service not served before 7.30.

“Great cost performance”
The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it convenient. There is also a laundry near the entrance, and if you only need washing without ironing, it is inexpensive at Rp.17,000/kg and convenient to be ready the next evening.
There are areas where maintenance and cleaning are not thorough.
