The property was noted as needing a major overall and was pretty run down.
Staff were very attentive and accommodating throughout the stay.
Superb location close to shops and easy access to beach.
Sleeping areas were described as weird and there were issues with bed comfort.
Villa had a large pool and beautiful gardens, but kitchen supplies were lacking.
Generally felt like good value for the size and location, though needs some renovations.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Overall a pleasant experience despite areas needing improvement.

The entire villa was absolutely amazing! The staff were absolutely brilliant!
This isn't anything to do with the actual villa it's more of a location issue. The road to get to the villa is rather long and taxis dont like going down it. And the lack of food establishments near by was a struggle.

Good location, a bit away from the main streets. Taxi has a bit of a problem finding the property. Oherwise very good acommodation.
I is a bit hard to find on the map as the access road is not visible on the map

The property was very large with lots of space. The pool is lovely. Well positioned, in walking distance of the main road. Kadek, who managed the property was extremely friendly and accommodating. Easy to contact and was always in touch.
Some of the facilities are dated. The sitting area lounges and cushions are uncomfortable. Nearby construction and close to other villas meant we had a fair bit of noise during our stay.
