Service is good. The property is in a quiet lane.
1. The bed is clean but not super comfortable, pillow is too soft. 2. The toilet bowl looks very old and a bit dirty, lucky I brought my own toilet seat disposable cover. 3. There is a bad smell lingering in the toilet. 4. One of the towel had old blood stain. Towels look yellowish old. 5. Breakfast was alright. 6. Swimming pool is alright. 7. The property is right at the end of a tiny one-way traffic, difficult for cars to drive to. 8. If you walk from the Ubud Centre, it is a 5-7mins walk up the slope to the property, a bit tired.

“Nice villa, great location, and very friendly staff”
Amazing villa with very friendly and welcoming staff. We loved the à la carte breakfast served in the villa, as well as the lunch, dinner, and great coffee. The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet only about a 10-minute walk from the centre.
A couple of small suggestions: a large mirror in the bedroom and a drying rack for swimsuits and towels in the bathroom. One thing to keep in mind: the road to the hotel is very narrow and two-way, but only one car can pass at a time, so Grab cars may have difficulty reaching the hotel.

Muchísimo, es lo que se ve en las fotos, bajando la calle a 5 minutos estás en el corazón de Ubud, no falta de nada.
Que me tenía que ir, es perfecto.
