“Beautiful villa”
The villa is very well located, in a quiet area. We wanted to end our long journey in a villa with a private pool, it is good in terms of quality-price. We paid more than usual because there was just the Moto GP competition and prices were very high; Wina, the host, assisted us very well via WhatsApp throughout the stay, making sure we were comfortable. The villa has Netflix, good wifi, and air conditioning. When we complained to Wina about the villa conditions, she treated us great and the next day everything was impeccable and even our clothes were organized in the drawers.
It was not entirely clean, there were areas with a lot of dust, the kitchen cabinets are broken and do not close, the dining room fan only works on power 5; we wanted to make coffee upon arrival and the kettle was completely dirty. The villa is beautiful, but it seems poorly maintained. The bath towels are very rusty. The outdoor area, the path to the other villas, is all beautifully green full of plants and well maintained, however, the pool garden is not, there was no grass and the plants looked uncared for. On the other hand, there was no minibar, as indicated in the welcome information, there was not a single bottle of water, we arrived tired and very hot, and we were surprised that there was no water since in all homestays and hotels they had left us a complimentary bottle. The villa is beautiful, but in general, it needs more care.

La propiedad es encantadora: está alejada de la calle principal y protegida, con encantadores guardias de seguridad y un personal súper amable. Wina se esforzó al máximo para asegurarse de que estuviéramos realmente cómodos y felices durante toda nuestra estancia. Cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, ella estaba más que dispuesta a ayudar. Estuvimos allí durante 3 semanas y estuvimos cómodos. Es un refugio encantador y la distribución de la villa es fácil, encantadora y tranquila. También hay un hermoso gato que deambula afuera y le encantan los mimos, si eres amante de los gatos.
La villa es más pequeña de lo esperado y el baño es un poco difícil de mantener seco, no entra mucha luz solar, por lo que puede estar muy húmedo y resbaladizo. El personal estaba más que dispuesto a reemplazar las toallas de forma regular, ¡así que hay formas de solucionarlo!

¡Un lugar increíble! La maravillosa chica que trabajaba allí ayudó a organizar flores y desayuno como sorpresa para el cumpleaños de mi novio. Todo estaba limpio, incluido el jacuzzi y la piscina. La ubicación estaba a 3 minutos en scooter del centro, pero necesitas un scooter para hospedarte en este lugar. ¡La cama era la más cómoda en la que he dormido! ¡Es tal como en las fotos, tan encantador!
