Ley, the property manager, is an absolute diamond. He went above and beyond, especially with one of our group being unwell. The swimming pool and outdoor shared area were great. Secure parking was a bonus. Bedrooms were all large.
The property was a little scruffy around the edges, but nothing major.

The place was amazing! The host was so friendly and helped to organise transport to the airport when we realised grab is not really available in the area. There was a security guard over night and the place was very clean when we arrived. Having a pool to ourselves is great, whilst still walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants.

The open plan design around the pool, the quality of the bedroom spaces and beds and the location. The responsiveness of the owner and the villa manager Lee were great.
Electrical fittings in outside areas were mostly broken, the kitchen could have had more basic condiments, etc just small issues.

Very well-located house a few minutes' walk from the lively center of Kuta. A huge thank you to Ley who was lovely and helped us on many points.
General cleanliness of the premises and bathrooms in particular. Busy and noisy street next to the house.
