Villa Amita on the Bukit, Pandawa beach

Construction work is processing on the adjacent plot of land 131 ft to the east of our villa. As we don’t have any control over when the construction starts or finishes and how loud it is, we are offering a 50% discount off of our existing rates with full understanding of the guests that there is and will be some noise disturbance. (Therefore no compensation will be given, no cancelation will be accepted.) Villa has a wonderful sound system that helps to drown out some of the noise.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
