Good location, Quite street yet central. Property manager was available 24hrs and very helpful. Good sized rooms and bathrooms.
The property would have been little hard to find without locals help. Not a big issue as property manager was available via phone-text.

The peace that the Villa offers in a quite busy environment. You don't notice anything there. The house manager is very friendly and helpful. Staying at Villa Kunang was the highlight of the holiday.
Nothing was disappointing

Very quiet as it is at the end of an access lane. The pool is enormous and well maintained. Showers had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Found it was central to everything we needed. About 500m to the beach.
No issues, everything as described and per the photos. Not 5-star but was perfect for us and a real treat.

We love Villa Kunang! The host is beautiful, very attentive and helpful. Komang (he takes care of the villa) is very kind and looked after us well for our stay. The air-conditioning wasn't working in 1 of the bedrooms, they replaced it asap with a new unit! Lovely sized rooms with huge very comfortable beds with bathrooms and the pool is huge also!! Location is also fantastic, very quite but also so close to everything!
There was a pump of some description next door that was quite constant, didn't hear it too much but a bit in the early mornings.
