“Relaxing stay in Seminyak at Villa Kibbi”
Plenty of room for our family to have their own space and for us to gather and enjoy each others company. Great location out of the busyness of Seminyak but close to walk up the beach or by Grab. Beautiful pool and outdoor space and huge bedrooms and bathrooms.

Location is close to the convenience stores and massages. It's close to the beach but the beach is dirty
The accommodation is dated. The pictures you see are when it was new. The property looks to be 20 years older and in need of TLC. Paint are peeling off the walls, upstairs air conditioning in one of the large master room is struggling to keep cool, the upstairs ceiling fan doesn't work, the shower hose in the bathtub had a hole so to fix it they took the one from downstairs to fix the upstairs??? So the downstairs hose has a hole. One of the dining chair is broken. The exhaust fan in the downstairs bedroom doesn't work so mosquito comes in through the vent. The view from our downstairs bedroom toilet has all the garden rubbish piled up high. The floors only gets mopped once a week so our feet gets black from walking on the floor. We had to complain about the teatowels being so dirty and black that they brought new ones. The only shining light is that when we complain about things that don't work, they come straight away but nothing gets fixed. There is a manager of the property but we don't see him and I doubt it very much that he visits the property to check on the condition otherwise he would know that there are many things that need fixing. To top it off, there were people fixing the road and we ran out of water in their water tank. They turned off the mains and we ran out of water the night before our departure.
