We stayed for 06 nights .All went smoothly. Must appreciate that the host Mr. Gusti had arranged for his staff Agus to receive us very late at night due to late flight arrival. He kept us informed for all development.time to time. Clear communication.Must recommend for best value for money and comfort.

The bedroom may be the only plus of this place provided guests have low requirements.
Terrible location with ongoing construction right behind the fence and another one about 50 m away. The center of Ubud is maybe about 1.5 km away, but what's the point when walking there is a challenge for the very brave due to the total madness on a road without shoulders and sidewalks. The 'kitchen' is a misunderstanding. No gas and drinking water at the beginning of the stay. No equipment. Drinking cups were four, each different. The pool is depressing, dirty, and small. The worst part is that the property is so small that there was no sunbathing space during the day. Additionally, the host with a fake smile was initially interested in offering locally sourced suspicious alcohol. In short, I do not recommend it to anyone.

The location is excellent for those looking for some tranquility when visiting Ubud (the center is quite confusing and always full of pedestrian and vehicular traffic). Well-decorated house, comfortable beds, air conditioning in the rooms, good dining and massage options near the accommodation. Hosts always available and attentive via WhatsApp. Helpful and pleasant staff, even with a late check-in and some delay on our part from the airport to Ubud.
Not a criticism, just a warning: if you want a pool, make sure when booking that you rent a house with a pool. The one we stayed in has a small tank that serves to cool off, but although nice, it is quite small.
