Very nice and friendly staff, bed linen and towels were included. The best part was the warm pool with a view. Sometimes monkeys jump around ;-) Breakfast was good with a large selection
Kettle was too calcified and had a loose contact - therefore only sporadically worked.

The view and the kindness of the staff
The photos no longer reflect reality at all. The property is neglected: old and very dirty rooms, leaking toilets, defective and scaled faucets, shower with a mere trickle of water, doors that don't close properly, broken tiles and numerous signs of humidity and mold. Cleaning is never done automatically. If you want a clean room and towels changed, you have to ask at the reception and leave your keys. The exteriors are equally degraded: rubbish in the gardens, dangerous pool terrace (lifting slats, exposed nails), broken sunbeds and a cloudy pool upon our arrival... The restaurant only offers three dishes, requests for 'non-spicy' are not respected, and the breakfast is very basic. The monkeys are also very invasive and can become aggressive, not to mention the cats that meow at your feet begging for food. The only two positive points are: the magnificent view and the lovely staff who do their best to compensate for the discomfort of the accommodations. It is important to know that the hotel is isolated, more than 30 minutes by scooter from Kuta. Without a scooter or car, you can't do anything. Our opinion has nothing to do with the price. We were not looking for a luxury hotel, but for photos that correspond to reality. They are now misleading and need to be updated to no longer mislead travelers. The price does not excuse deception!

Opening the room doors to the ocean view was wonderful. A nice secluded corner of Lombok, away from the noise of Kuta.
An enthusiastic monkey stole my coconut from the pool area.
