The quiet, how clean the rooms were, being 5 mins walk from the beach, the facilities, the breakfast was amazing and the super friendly staff

“Relaxing”
There is a lovely garden where you can relax in front of your bungalow (sunbeds available), the staff is lovely, helpful, and very efficient. You can approach them for scooter rental, laundry, excursions... The accommodation is located not far from Selong Belanak beach (you have to pay if you go there by scooter "parking"), you can walk there in 5/10 minutes. At the end of the road (more like a track), there is the main street where you will find some restaurants and there is also a small supermarket nearby.
The lighting in the evening on the terrace is quite low, it is not very comfortable when you want to sit there to read or eat. The bathroom is nice but the shower is not practical at all. For aesthetics, it is a shower that leads into a bathtub, only there is no shower head, it splashes a lot and you have to be careful to position yourself in the center to avoid slipping. It also lacks light. The big downside is that the water smelled bad, really not a pleasure to wash! For information, it is very isolated and apart from the beach and surfing, there is nothing to do. Kuta is about 25 minutes by scooter. In July, we had a lot of wind (not pleasant on a scooter for longer trips) and dust. You have to pay to access all the beaches as everywhere in Indonesia!
