Its cheap
They didn't tell us big bus cannot enter, also they say we make the sheet dirty, while it was dirty from the beginning, make sure you check the pillow and bed sheet before you sleep, or else they say it's your fault making the sheet dirty

Cheap price
The way they treat customer especially when it's hard to reach them.. Also they really like to scam customer by saying we damaged the bed sheet or pillow sheet.. which the spots or dirty is there already.. not because of us..
