I am very satisfied with this hotel and would stay here again anytime. The location is excellent, right in the center of Jakarta and very accessible. There is also a Busway system bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach many places. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. You can immediately tell that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. All staff members were attentive and courteous. The room was clean and the amenities were even better than I expected. For the price, I almost consider this hotel a luxury. Towels, soap, toothpaste, minibar, safe, wardrobe, and a television with good HD quality - everything you would expect from a good hotel was available. Whether for a week-long stay or just for one night, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I did not book it. Based on my positive experiences, I assume that this area is also well-organized. Thank you to the entire team for the pleasant stay. When I return to Jakarta, I will gladly book this hotel again. 😊🏨✨

The room was clean and spacious. There is a cafe.
If you need a quiet room or rest at this hotel, please check with the hotel first if there is going to be a party or any other event, as noise travels very easily. This happened to us when there was a function the night before our niece's wedding, and the noise lasted past midnight!!!

Clean, friendly staff. There is an employee named Luthfan who will assist you in many matters.
There are no windows in the room, only glass, but they are not openable windows. There was blood on the bed, we called housekeeping for room cleaning, when we returned, they had locked the room. When I went down to the lobby, they charged me 690,000 IDR. Otherwise, they would not let us into the room. Due to the holiday, dry cleaning and laundry services were not available. The breakfast is weak, but there are many options available for ordering.

The kindness of the staff.
The shower water takes time to get hot and there is very little pressure. There was a water leak from the ceiling in my room during a rainy evening. I had to change rooms at 1 a.m. In the other room, the air conditioning took a long time to cool and the internet worked intermittently. I returned to my room 2 days later, there was a leak from the air conditioning and another leak from the ceiling, everything was fixed within the day. The establishment refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
