Location, size of room and staff
My husband slipped on steps at the rooftop pool as there was no non-slip strips. The pool is not safe for those of us older Aussies or young kids. We weren’t the only ones who thought this. Give the hotel their due, they called the doctor who treated my husband and paid the bill but refused to give us a written report. We ended up going to a private clinic to get a report.
