Mixed: view is beautiful but hotel sits on a main road with loud motorbike noise nearly around the clock, which severely affects rest.
Rooms (two small joglo) are smaller than expected and disappointing given the price.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Disappointed by the high price (~IDR 1,800,000 for two small rooms); feels poor value for what was provided.
Breakfast included but the only offered option was nasi goreng; limited choices made it unsuitable for some guests, especially international travelers.
Overall expectations were not met due to persistent noise, small room size for the price, and limited breakfast options; not restful as hoped.

The view.
Mahal untuk apa yang Anda dapatkan. Sprei kotor dengan rambut di kedua tempat tidur. Air panas tidak bertahan lama. Sarapan adalah nasi goreng

Staf responsif. Pemandangan bagus
Kamar sangat mahal dibandingkan dengan tingkat fasilitas, kamar, kebersihan. Tentu tidak sebanding dengan uang yang dikeluarkan

One thing I like is the beautiful view.
Very disappointing for the price paid almost IDR 1,800,000 for 2 small joglo rooms. Vacationing with my husband and child to Sembalun with the expectation of getting peace was very far from reality. If you are very sensitive to motorbike noises at night, this hotel is not the right solution. The fact is, almost 24 hours every day it is very difficult to rest because of its location right in front of the main traffic road with the loud noise of racing motorbikes almost all night long. And I got breakfast for 5 people included but didn't take it at all because the menu was only fried rice. For foreign tourists from abroad, it seems very difficult to accept a menu with no choice other than fried rice as the only breakfast menu is very embarrassing. It is understandable that the tourism destination of Sembalun is less developed like many other tourist destinations in Lombok. I hope this feedback can be accepted and considered as a form of support to revive this very beautiful tourism destination.
