We unfortunately had to cancel our stay upon arrival. The location is much further from the port and the beach than we had imagined. The room was very dirty upon our arrival, and we also noticed the presence of large lizards in several places in the establishment, which made us very uncomfortable. Therefore, we could not stay and preferred to cancel our stay immediately.

Everything. The pillows had mould riddled inside, the floor boards would break through when you'd step on them (both inside and outside the room), the pool was stale water and when we asked the staff member if they could turn on the jets and clean the pool he said he would ask his colleague who is currently sleeping in the room next to us. In addition to that the floor around the pool and in the pool was majorly damaged, there were rusty nails sticking out of the floor and there was trash stashed and hidden on the left side of our villa. There was also algae in the stale water pool. When we checked out (an hour after we checked in) I had to wake the staff up who were both in deep sleep to hand the key back. I have so many videos of the villa but unfortunately cannot include them in this post and only photos which I don’t have much of.
