The access, 15 minutes from Kuta. And the valley where it is located is somewhat remote and with very limited services. If you are not very skilled with the scooter (you need to be), you will have serious difficulties moving from the accommodation to nearby areas, and your stay will be reduced to staying at the hotel and not enjoying Lombok. They do not have a restaurant service at the hotel for lunch and dinner.

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The accommodation is located a bit off the city in a small, quiet village, which we particularly liked. The facility is very nice, modern, and lovingly designed. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and completely sufficient – with a great view of the sea. We found it particularly convenient that scooters were provided for us directly and everything was uncomplicated and easy to handle. All in all, a beautiful accommodation that we would recommend at any time and where we would also like to stay again. The beds were extremely comfortable :)
