The property is perfectly located, very close to the center of Kuta. The team is very generous and attentive. A scooter is made available. I recommend this place for a stopover in Kuta—a must-visit spot for its beaches, surfing, and the town center.

The location of the hotel is good, it is not located on one of the main roads of Kuta. The center is quickly and easily accessible on foot, yet the hotel grounds are quiet. Upon request (put up a sign), daily cleaning and towel exchange take place. Especially Zhan from the staff was very nice, he provided us with a very good contact for a trip to the Pink Beaches and more.
Overall, we are very disappointed with this hotel, as we booked a two-bed room with a pool view and instead we looked out from our room and the small terrace at a wall. Upon pointing out that we did not book this room, another two-bed room (both on the ground floor) was shown to us for changing. But here too, the pool view was missing. It was promised to offer a change in the coming days that corresponds to the booking, but no one has taken care of it. The reception is often unattended and the staff speaks very little English, which was not helpful in the matter. The room smelled musty all the time, the cause could not be found. The mold on the floor in the bathroom was painted over, so unfortunately it only looks good at first glance. Water was leaking from the faucet, causing a constant puddle on the shelf. The cushions on the small terrace in front of the room are very dirty and stained. The floor is mopped once a day and yet it remains dirty. Staying in the room creates a constant feeling of discomfort. The breakfast was rather small. You order from a selection on a menu, but the breakfast is smaller and simpler than depicted. Due to these points of criticism, the price-performance ratio does not suit us. We feel deceived and would never have booked this room with honest representation. It was the worst accommodation of our 5-week trip to Indonesia and therefore we give it an unsatisfactory rating.

Everything was great! When we come back, we’ll definitely book this place again. 😊
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was occasionally a bit slow. But we had our own mobile internet, so it wasn't really a problem. ;)
