The staff had smiling faces all the time
The bathroom should have been cleaner and there was water puddle around the toilet. The towels were looking dirty (look like used a lot instead of being dirty)

The friendliness of the staff and the room was neatly cleaned
Unfortunately, you can only have breakfast there, no hot food

The hotel is new and everything was very clean. They give you slippers, a toothbrush, and toothpaste.
The breakfast was not varied, only Indonesian food, nothing for Westerners. They didn't even have milk. Avoid having a room on the third floor as the breakfast buffet is on the 2nd floor and you can hear everything, there is a lot of noise and you get woken up at 6 in the morning.

Modern rooms. Cute rooftop. Very central location.
Only Indonesian and poor breakfast. We were told that breakfast could be had until 11:00 and at 10:25 they had closed and we could not use the service. Rooms not soundproof and at 4:30 in the morning it is impossible to sleep due to the calls from the mosques. There is no hand soap in the bathrooms, only a shower dispenser. P.S. update on the shower curtain situation in room 505: it was not replaced but completely removed and the bathroom is constantly wet.
