Already booked via the application, upon arriving at the location smoothly, was informed that there were no rooms available due to overbooking. Coincidentally, the trip was during the high season (long weekend) with no solution provided. The solution was to find another hotel by YOURSELF. The problem is that during the long weekend, all hotels are full. The journey from Tangerang to Yogyakarta was congested and tiring, upon arriving at the location smoothly, was told that the room was full without any prior confirmation at all.
