Worst experience ever! They tried to cheat us to pay with card and in cash and pretended they do not speak English. They then wrote one extra 0 at the price, instead of 500k IDR to pay 5 million IDR. We left after 20 minutes of discussion about the price and they are still going to charge the full price. They suddenly spoke English as we were leaving! We sent the request for cancellation and did not get any response. The place is only Muslim-friendly. I was in a wide T-shirt and other guests were pointing at me because I was not completely covered. The place is also extremely dirty with blood stains on bed sheets. It is better to sleep at the bus station than to go there.
