The staff was friendly, especially the customer service who assisted us during check-in. I would like to thank them for helping to carry the luggage to the 3rd floor. The room was clean, provided with coffee and tea on the 1st floor, as well as a water dispenser on each floor. The location is quite strategic.
We booked 2 rooms and had to pay a deposit of 200 thousand rupiah per room, so the total deposit was 400 thousand rupiah. It was a bit inconvenient if we didn't have cash on hand. The bathroom door couldn't be locked from the inside, there was no exhaust fan, and no faucet for ablution, so it was a bit difficult as we had to use the shower.
