“An inadequate manager ruins the whole impression of the hotel.”
Everything looks cute.
I didn't even get to stay, and after such treatment, I'm glad about it. Before arrival, I was told to contact the reception, but there was no reception on-site. There was no manager either, only two employees, who, as far as I understood, were doing the cleaning. They first offered me to sign some document online before showing me the room. When I asked to see the room first, they refused. When I contacted the manager to sort things out, the conversation turned into a conflict. He started shouting, threatening to call the police, and demanding that I leave, claiming that the staff was afraid of me. However, I was having a calm conversation and even laughing with the staff. I sent him a voice message to show my calm tone, but the aggressive communication continued. According to the employee, the manager never shows up, and all issues are resolved only online. I was shocked. A simple request to see the room before signing a document ended with threats and demands to leave. I cannot evaluate the stay, but such treatment during check-in is absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend.
