“TERRIBLE I HOPE THAT BOOKING TAKES ACTION”
Terrible
I had a terrible experience, the structure was run down, the first and only night spent in the structure before fleeing the next day in search of a new accommodation around 3 in the morning my wife and I started scratching, once the light was turned on we found bed bugs and ants, a mouse entered the bathroom in my friends' room. We contacted Booking customer service during the night without being able to sleep, in the morning around 8 two reception guys finally arrived to whom we reported what happened and showed the bed asking to speak with the manager of the structure, to our request they told us that the owner was abroad. Contacted via Booking messaging without even apologizing he said that being on an island it is normal for a mouse to enter (the bungalow had only rags for windows) and despite the photos and video he denied the presence of bed bugs. Terrible experience, inconceivable for civilized people. I attach images to the review that testify.

“Good compromise”
The staff was lovely. All very kind and helpful. Our children loved them. Very close to the port. Easy access.
Bedding needs to be changed and proximity to mosque. Noise at 5 am for light sleepers.

The staff!!!! Fantastic and always attentive to every request. My children got attached to the boys and it was even difficult to leave the place. Good advice for activities (fishing, snorkeling...), and always with a smile.
Maybe the establishment should have a little refresh.
