Nothing to like about that place. Staff was very prompt in responding and helpful
Property is infested with bugs. Encountered roaches as soon as we opened the room. AC was not working but staff was able to move us to another room and got the AC working in the other room. Location is worse. I don't want to say it, but it is the worst location traffic-wise, it was like a shit hole.

The room was ok, staff friendly
I stayed 8 nights at the hotel, there were only instant noodles for breakfast and the beautiful rooftop was no longer open. I have been to this hotel for the fourth time now, and this time quite disappointed. From 4:00 pm onwards, I had to get drinks from the supermarket. It's a shame that this hotel has deteriorated like this.
