The charm of the accommodations and facilities (all in bamboo), the view from the pool and the villa is incredible. Staff are attentive and very kind.
There are a lot of steps to climb depending on the location of your accommodation, but nothing prohibitive except for people with reduced mobility.

Amazing view and two-bedroom villas for families. Staff were incredibly helpful.
Nothing! It's a bit out of town but the hotel organizes transport to and from the main town so no problem.
