The location was great for traveling with family and visiting the Gili Islands and Bangko Bangko. The staff were friendly and informative. Breakfast was substantial with several options. Very clean and comfortable.
No disappointment at all, the whole experience as a family was amazing.

“Wonderful pool and beach!”
The property has the most beautiful pool with a view and immediate access to a lovely beach, and for this alone, it would deserve a 10. The garden is well-maintained, the pool is very nice, and as already mentioned, the beach is wonderful. The food is very good, and the location close to the Gili Secrets (Nanggu, Tangkong, Sudak, and Kedis) makes it an ideal place for day trips. Recommended.
The weak point of this hotel is the rooms, especially those on the ground floor that need urgent revision.
