The location, it was very close to the main street.
Many things. We chose it because there were no other options in the Gili Islands. The noise of the prayers from the nearby mosque. The entrance and the street to the hotel are a mess. There is no hot water. The breakfast is very poor. They accommodated our friends in another building and the next day they demanded that we check out as if we were not staying, and we were there for 3 nights. I was talking to two guys at the same time because they kept bothering about the suitcases, they wanted to come in and take them out... until I got serious and told them to wait because they hadn't explained anything. Later they complained again about changing rooms. The hotel guy then kindly apologized but very poorly managed, just like the breakfast that took a long time to be served.
