I didn’t see the host but we talked through WhatsApp and she made sure to plan everything for us exactly as I wanted. The guides were so nice and we had a great time going around Senaru and sembalun with them.
It wasn’t perfectly cleaned, especially the bathroom

The bed comfortable and clean. The staff available for whatever you need. Very good location for waterfalls, walking, served with local and non-local restaurants. Point to leave for Rinjani. A place where silence reigns, except for tourists who do not realize they do not live alone in this world and at 4 in the morning speak loudly as they go on an excursion...

-location in the center of Senaru and very close to the starting point for the hike to the waterfalls -very kind staff willing to help but not really speaking English -spacious and well-equipped rooms
