Swimming pool
Your room is not cleaned, trash cans and toilet are not cleaned or emptied daily. Staff is not helpful and not very friendly. Also, there is construction next to the complex causing noise disturbance from 8 am.

The room without a view of the pool is okay. What we liked the most was that they provide you with towels for the pool and a bag with pareos for the beach. Also, it is appreciated that they provide mosquito repellent spray.
They definitely need to improve the toilet. It really doesn't invite you to sit on the toilet seat, as it is full of mold. It would be highly recommended to change it, as it is something inexpensive and makes a big difference to the accommodation. Otherwise, it feels unhygienic.
