The kindness of the staff and their professionalism. Always attentive. The proximity of the beach in front of the hotel for snorkeling. The very comfortable bed and the very spacious room. The breakfast is plentiful and with a lot of choices.
Everything was perfect

We booked this accommodation spontaneously after being stranded because the ferry didn't run for two days in a row. On the first night, it was very loud due to a party in the neighboring bar, so we could hardly sleep. When we told the manager about this the next day, she took care of it immediately, and the problem did not recur - we thought that was great. We would like to highlight the friendly service, the great people, and also the cats that made everything even cozier. Sometimes there were even homemade cookies or cinnamon rolls - a very nice touch. The breakfast was delicious every time, and we really liked the pool as well.
The only small drawback was that the bathroom sometimes smelled a bit like sewage. However, overall everything was very good, and we would definitely come back.

Great room and bathroom size. Charming design. Lovely, attentive, and helpful staff.
The TV wouldn’t work and there was no room service or minibar in the room.

Villa Pulau Cinta was beyond divine - the perfect location on the island (stay on the west!), the most incredibly comfortable beds, the friendliest staff! I cannot recommend them enough. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. The boutique size was perfect compared to some of the other hotels on the island.
The bar close bar was very cool (probably the best vibe on the island?) but quite loud. It didn't bother me, I slept like a baby on a cloud, but might have upset other guests.
