The location is nice. Considering the reviews, I was expecting worse. But it's quite decent!
There was a missing sheet on the bed... when asking the hotel next door and insisting a bit (they asked me to spend a night without a sheet for protection), I got it, so phew!

Where to start.. upon our arrival, no one to welcome us. After over 2 hours of waiting, and with the help of the neighboring hotel, we finally heard from the owner. Upon entering the apartment, a shame.. a horribly dirty apartment, not cleaned since the previous tenants (several weeks or even months ago, I think). Stains on the bed, dirty toilet and shower, dirty sheets, coffee cups still full, and so on. Worst experience in Lombok

The accommodation is sublime and in harmony with nature. The location is right by the water. The bed is very comfortable. As for the famous holes everywhere, they are indeed crab holes 🦀. The restaurant at the neighboring hotel is perfect
No one to welcome you, the reception is closed... No one responds even when you send emails. I had sent an email before coming for the boat transport to the hotel, but I never got a response. It's a shame because it's a big downside even though the place is magical
