The location and beauty of the property setting
Breakfast was a little confusing, as was the process for getting luggage to the property, however that’s not uncommon for this area and Bali generally

location and breakfast is great, and the view is absolutely stunning. definitely the highlights of the stay
1. insects/mosquitoes. i had trouble sleeping for two nights in a row because of the insects, even with the mosquito net and an electric mosquito repellent. i got insect bites all over my arms. the last night was only better because i wore long sleeves and long pants to sleep. i think the hotel really needs to do more to address the insect problem. after all, a good night’s sleep should be the most basic expectation of any stay. 2. communication with staff. it was often unclear who to contact for different requests, and different staff members sometimes gave conflicting answers, which made things quite frustrating. 3. shower space. the shower area is not big enough, and water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor, making the floor slippery.

The place is beautiful, watching to the jungle and waking up to birds chirping - that was amazing! Also the staff was so nice and friendly. Breakfast eas really good!
One of my room doors wouldn't lock, so does the windows. As a female solo traveler, it made me feel insacure. In general, the place needs some fixings, which I find funny because it's small thing you can fix in a one day of work. Also, there was no air conditioner, which in this price I would expect to have (my next place was way cheaper and had aircon).
