The villa was absolutely stunning and exceeded all expectations! It looked exactly like the pictures and every detail made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly, making the entire experience even better. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. There was no hot water. I requested a late check-in but was refused on the grounds that another guest was arriving; as a result, I ended up sitting in the heat outside the reception area until 2:00 PM, yet no one actually checked in—and it was a very hot day. Be prepared for large lizards.

The hotel is not big, but very cozy and surrounded by greenery, quiet and peaceful. Not far from the central street of Ubud, which is very convenient. Breakfasts are generally like everywhere else, the room is large, with slightly worn-out furniture. The staff are excellent guys. Overall, I recommend.
There is construction nearby, they make noise from early morning.
