“Beautiful room with a sea view”
The hotel manager was very nice, welcoming, available but not intrusive, and very accommodating. The hotel is well located: a 5-minute walk to a beach, 6-minute walk to some restaurants and Indomaret, 7/8 minutes from the center of Amed by scooter and the most beautiful beaches. We were also able to rent a scooter in very good condition for a good price. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. There was a beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning, overlooking the sea! It was very beautiful. Hot shower, and clean bathroom. Wifi works very well in the room. Different choices for breakfast.
The shower and toilet are a bit old but for the price, it's fine. The shower pressure is low. The snorkeling set we rented was in poor condition, so we had to rent another one directly on the beach.

The sea view, the ideal family room for a family, the small terrace, the availability of the owner who even arranged for us to have breakfast earlier than scheduled and the proximity to the beach accessible in 15 minutes on foot.

“Very good value for money”
We enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The room was large and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Quiet but also close to all amenities. The photo is the view from the room in the morning.

“I did enjoy the location and appreciate the staff.”
I liked the size of the room and that there was air conditioning. Staff was friendly and available as well.
Breakfast was later than advertised, or so I thought. Starts at 7:30 AM so we missed it every day of our stay. And lots of stairs with heavy luggage was a bit of a struggle. No new towels or trash taken out daily, so it got a bit messy but it's ok.
