Very peaceful even though there was a lot going on around. Really good location, easy to get anywhere. Good swimming pools and clean yard.
It would have been nice to have a smoothie bowl option for breakfast.

Has potential to be beautiful and welcoming, in a great location, too bad the staff are too lazy to clean the rooms and tidy the gardens.
The staff lied to us several times about being able to provide a refund for canceling the stay. They promised the refund is coming, is being processed, for several days then reneged on their word. We requested a refund to book alternative accommodation as the rooms are run down, and dirty. Would be fine if the price was set to match the facilities, but set far too high so led us to expect a certain level of service. Seems like the managers do not care about providing a pleasant service, only to charge as much as possible while providing the absolute minimum.

This is the perfect location in Canggu. Right opposite Penny Lane. It also has a Restaurant right on the property next door as a separate concern. Free breakfast included in this deal and seriously good value for money.
The only thing that let this place down was the bathroom shower. Rusty and old. The rest of the place was awesome and the staff were very nice. Can't beat this value for money.

The location of the presidential suite (the back part), the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious. The staff was nice and tried to make you feel comfortable. The pool was lovely.
The cushions of the garden furniture were very dirty with stains, the presidential suite does not have an adjoining door, so you have to go outside. We did not understand this well. Every day you have to ask for clean towels, which you eventually get. The breakfast was nothing special; you have to pay extra for everything. You could also have breakfast at Pennylane every day (across the street). For us, it was fine. Be aware of the different rooms. Some studios are really small and dirty. This is disappointing compared to the outdoor area of the hotel. Parents had a very small room; fortunately, they could move to another room for an additional fee. The kitchen in the presidential suite is very dirty but you don't really use it. The bathroom has a lovely moss wall. Normally when you live outside and it rains a lot. Plants grew inside. It has its pros and cons. During heavy rain, water does come in, under the front door.
