Tried to book a extra night reception said they would get back to me no one did, tried again the next day same result. The reason we needed a extra night was a mix up in travel dates we decided not to try a third time
The restaurant device sat fou 40 minutes before I decided to get there attention z

We loved the eco friendly approach! The staff was lovely. The spot near the beach with the direct view on the sunset. The friendly cat. Easy to find with all the signs around the island. Hot shower...
We would have love to stay a bit longer...

The location is fabulous. Just arrived from Gili Air, which still has a beautiful sea, we regretted having booked only two nights because snorkeling is exceptional. Add to this clean rooms, staff that is more than friendly, excellent meals from the restaurant next door with which the property collaborates, and beach loungers available for use. I can't wait to go back (I will definitely do it and for a longer period).
If I really have to find something negative, which doesn't change my 10/10 rating anyway, it's some beach loungers without umbrellas. For someone not very 'tan-able' like me, it would have been detrimental not to find one available.
