Everything was amazing! Without a doubt the best hotel of our entire stay. The establishment is beautiful, but what really made the difference was the staff: exceptional, attentive, smiling, and incredibly kind. We felt truly welcomed from start to finish. It is clearly thanks to them that we will keep such a special memory of this hotel. Thank you very much to the whole team for your welcome, availability, and all your little attentions. We would come back with great pleasure!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They drove us to and from the dolphin tour. The accommodation was very nice. Dinner was very good.
The room was clean but a lot of insects came into the room because the door and window were not sealed at all. The room is not insulated, so you could hear all the animal and insect noises outside throughout the night.

The welcome was absolutely incredible. The whole team showed exceptional kindness, attention, and availability, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, the room was sumptuous, and everything was designed for our comfort. We also greatly appreciated the restaurants in the hotel as well as the valuable help from the team to organize and facilitate our activities. We really felt welcomed and taken care of from start to finish.
Honestly, we have nothing in particular to reproach the establishment. Everything met our expectations, and especially the welcome and kindness of the team greatly contributed to making our stay exceptional.

Absolutely wonderful stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was perfect from start to finish. The place is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A complete change of scenery, right in the middle of a garden and surrounded by wonderful tranquility. A true haven of peace in Lovina. A huge thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, availability, and genuine hospitality. Special mention for Alberto & his wife. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We truly had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We will definitely come back! 🙏❤️ Adrien
