The detached authentic Gili cottages are nice and tidy. Not much luxury, but everything is there. Nice hammock to relax in. The location near the center along the beach and the many restaurants is fine. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing
Dirt everywhere, the bathroom was so dirty that we showered at the nearby beach clubs to avoid going in. The breakfast was awful, we preferred not to eat it and pay elsewhere due to the dirty kitchen (cat's supplement on the plates that was just pushed without cleaning the plates before using them. The smell of mold in the room. Half of the switches didn't work, the door wouldn't open unless you put all your strength on it. In short, horrible.

Paradisiacal
Rude staff and they refused to give us breakfast for leaving half an hour before the established time

The rooms were great and the pool was lovely.
It's quite expensive for what you get. Also, the staff is constantly following you around asking what you're going to do, etc. So, you don't really have privacy.
