The setting is beautiful- you pay for the location-the Lipah beach. The room itself was fine- simple with a lovely outdoor bathroom and everything very clean and bug-free! The pool was also good. The masseuse, Made, was wonderful.
The room had a connecting door to the room next door and you could hear everything. The breakfast was very disappointing - just as bad as the hotel next door (Hidden Paradise) - same owners?

Location, availability of staff, beauty of the place, calm, direct access to small coral reefs
Wifi breakdown for 24 hours which did not help in organizing our activities, too bad there is no private beach with sunbeds

We had a two-story bungalow right in front of the beach like last year. Although they could use a renovation inside, since they exude the old Balinese charm, it is okay as it is.
