“Good location close to Bangsal, waterfalls, and Gilis”
Outstanding service: Whatever we needed, the service team quickly came to help via the WhatsApp group set up specifically for us and resolved the issue. The only thing that didn't work was the strong smoke nuisance on one of the evenings. However, the smoking problem is present in many places in Lombok.
The restaurant is okay for breakfast. The dinner is certainly not at the level of a 5-star hotel. It is rather simple and relatively overpriced. We also found most of the extra chargeable services to be overpriced. For example, a scooter for 20 vs 10 USD per day in Bangsal.

All I can say is DON'T EVER BOOK THIS PLACE
Worst hotel experience ever, and I have traveled all around the world. Checked out of the hotel and still waiting for my refund. Booking.com should not even accommodate a hotel like this. The place is disgustingly dirty. There hasn't been any maintenance at this hotel in I don't know how many years.

“If the staff didn't steal, everything would be wonderful!”
First line by the ocean, nice villa, beautiful view.
We were robbed on the second day, right before the new year. Money disappeared after room cleaning. The manager took no action, we filed a report with the police, but we were told that the staff 'swears', and the police are busy with local holidays. In the end, we said goodbye to 800 dollars, the vacation was ruined, no one else was allowed to clean the room, and we had to take the money and documents with us. Considering that the hotel is not cheap, thieves among the staff are the worst. No one even brought us an apology, offered nothing. We will never return for sure!!!!
