From the arrival, things did not go as planned, we had a room below the one we were supposed to have, and the staff tried to stick to their story until finally admitting that it was not the right room. Here are the negative points of this stay: - Presence of hair in the bed - Shower not working well - Presence of limestone and rust on the sink - Presence of large insects and ants (poor insulation) For your information, there was a scorpion in the bed, and I got stung - No channels on the TV, no YouTube or Netflix - Broken sun lounger at the pool In summary, a bad experience, I will not return.
